Gold Silver Traveling Show Scams!

STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELING GOLD/SILVER SHOWS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!

As gold and silver pricing began to rise to more representative market values every slime ball, and greedy moneylender has either set themselves up a store in a half empty strip mall, started a gold mailing service, or geared up a traveling precious metals show.

The shows tend to book second rate hotel meeting rooms and proceed to hang around for a few days waiting to shear desperate sheep. They usually advertise heavily by local newspaper and some late night commercials.

Bottom Line:

  • The buyers manning the traveling show booths are under-trained and rely heavily on pre-printed charts and the internet. On average they'll offer you about 10-25% of the actual worth of your gold or silver bullion item whether it be a gold watch, jewelry or coins. God forbid you bring an especially rare or valuable coin for sale because you'll probably do worse than the 25% the precious metals bullion sellers will be netting.
  • There have also been numerous tales of checks bouncing once the traveling show is gone onto the next sheep shearing party.
If you want to sell your gold or silver take your pieces to at least three local merchants, coin dealers, jewelers, etc., who have high BBB ratings and have roots in the community. When you trust fly-by-night showmen, you unfortunately get the nasty end of the stick. Internet savvy folks can always try eBay, of course, to sell their item for the going market rate.

Time is running out fast! Hyperinflation seems unavoidable as fiat paper money is being printed as fast as the US presses can run. To protect your wealth and your family, buy gold and silver now from these top companies, APMEX Gold and Silver and Silver American Eagles.
